Mohawk Welcomes a foreign exchange student all the way from Spain. Benno is technically a junior in Spain, but when coming to the United States he decided he wanted to receive his diploma here with us. After this year, he will return to Spain. In Spain he will have to continue his education.

Benno – ” weight lifting”
What is your hardest class?
Benno- “English 12″
How do you feel about the food?
Benno – ” a lot of calories, easy to be a fat. I like the taste but hard to be healthy ”
What do you miss most from home?
Benno- ” family, friends, and food”
What’s your family dish from home?
Benno- “tortilla de patata”
What made you decide to come to Mohawk to do school?
Benno- “I didn’t really choose to come here but I’m happy I came.”
What is the process like to be a foreign exchange student
Benno- “you have to start one year before, you have to get in a program then take an English test, a family has to choose you and pay money to come into the program and visa. ”
