With resilience, it is a hope that inspires or teaches a person to do something. Using resilience, it gives you the ability to adapt to stressors and maintain psychological well-being in the face of adversity. A person can bounce back from difficult experiences or times. Resilience is not a trait that people have or don’t have, at one point in life, everyone uses resiliency.
Along with resilience, it is adaptable and flexible. The more people practice, the more a person can learn. People who are resilient are able to adapt to stress, crises, and trauma. Along with life, you can find ways to bounce back from ups and downs, and move forward. With psychological research, it proves that the resources and skills can be cultivated and practiced. Developing resilience is a personal journey, it is not something that can be done with a group, it is for your personal health. Turning to someone, like family members, or someone you trust can help you strengthen resilience and preserve during times of stress and trauma.
With the skills of resilience, you learn during tough times, and it is useful even after the tough times end, they are good skills to have everyday.
