Mohawk Track and Field
With spring sports seasons right around the corner, our Mohawk boys and girls track teams train hard for the upcoming season.
Both teams have been training all throughout the winter and into the early days of spring, running around in the halls, lifting in the weight room, and running outside in the cold.
The boys team is looking to have a strong season, with the retiring of the famous coach Kotuby of Riverside, who holds several WPIAL team titles.
The girls team is on the hunt for another WPIAL team title
The Warriors face the Laurel Spartans and the Ellwood City Wolverines on Tuesday, March 29th at Laurel High School
They then face the Beaver Falls Tigers and the Union Scotties on Tuesday, April 5th at Mohawk High School
They face off against the Riverside Panthers on Tuesday, April 12th at Mohawk High School
They face the Neshannock Lancers and the Shenango Wildcats on Tuesday, April 19th at Mohawk High School
The teams will then go on to compete at the MAC championships on Wednesday, April 27th, followed by the Tri-County Championships, on Saturday, April 30th.
