On Tuesday, January 11th, the Wilmington Area hockey team held its senior recognition night.

The Hounds team consists of athletes from many schools, including Wilmington, Ellwood, New Castle, Union, and Sharpsville.

The varsity team consists of three of our warriors, Ayden Leslie, Boden Leslie, and Noah Monstwil (sophomore).

Senior night recognized Mohawk’s hounds (warriors) Ayden and Boden Leslie.

Ayden Leslie #20

Ayden is the son of Ranee and Tom Leslie.

He is a four-year member of the Wilmington Area Hockey Association and currently holds a forward position.

Ayden is a member of the National Honor Society, and a letterman for the varsity cross country and track and field teams.

Upon graduation, Ayden plans to attend West Virginia University to study psychology.

Boden Leslie #9

Boden is the son of Ranee and Tom Leslie

This is his fourth year as the goalie for the Hounds.

Boden is a member of the National Honor Society. He is also a letterman for the varsity football and track and field teams.

After high school, Boden plans on attending college to study physical therapy.

After the senior night celebrations, The Hounds played the Trinity Hillers, winning 8-7 for a great senior night win!
